Retired Consolidated Electric GRANITEVILLE, S.C. - Mr. Joseph Oetjen, 69, husband of Mrs. Karen Oetjen, of Graniteville, entered into rest on Monday, December 23rd, 2013 at his residence. Surviving with his wife is a son, Joseph Adam Oetjen (Melissa), Augusta, GA; his sister, Frances Harris (Hap), Augusta, GA and a granddaughter, Olivia Oetjen. Mr. Oetjen was born in Augusta, GA to the late Joseph Francis and Marion Usry Oetjen. He had thirty plus years of service in the electrical supply business and retired from Consolidated Electrical Distributors in 2005. A graveside service will be held on Thursday at 12:30 p.m. in Westover Memorial Cemetery, Augusta, GA with Chaplain Dexter Lambert officiating.
