My condolences to the Walters family and his loved ones. I just learned of Delvin's transition today. I last saw him last year at the VI cookout in Atlanta. He was full of energy and laughter, every time that I saw him. I have known him for many years. Although I know the pain that you all are experiencing is hard, I hope the good times and memories, will keep you all comforted. And may his spirit live on.

Delvin I've known u for almost 40 yes u was my oldest son Ricardo godfather I met u through my boys father Richard Harris u was always the same with a smile on yo face now u Patrick and Rick up in heaven tighter. Rest on fallen soilders.
