I've only known Pat since they moved to Peoria, but it didn't take long to realize what a sweet person she was. She and Don came to me as new clients in my small tax business. Doing taxes is not anyone's favorite thing to do. Sometimes people even get angry with me for the way things turn out. Pat turned the tables on me. Each year when they would pick up their returns she would bring me a gift. Not a complaint such as, you raised you rate, the government is going to be the death of me, I'm going to just quit paying taxes altogether! She thought of me and gave me a little bag of goodies every year at tax time. In 22 years of business she's the only one to do that, because that's the kind for sweetheart she was. The hand knit dish cloth or the kitchen towel will always remind me of my love for Pat Kane.
Thank you Sue, for bring your sweet mother into my life.

Mrs. Kane was, without a doubt, one of the nicest, most caring and loving people to walk the planet. She will be missed and remembered forever. Rest in eternal peace.

To the Kane Family,
Pat was a gem. She really did love life; she showed that with kindness, generosity, Christian values, her close knit family mixed with humor beyond measure. I will always remember her smiling Irish eyes, card games and passion for her Packers. May she rest in eternal peace.
God Bless, Donna Delisi

Dearest Kane family,
I referred to her as "Mamma Kane". She was such a sweet lady, and always made me feel right at home when I saw her. I'm so sorry for your loss, and you will be in my thoughts and prayers.

To Pat's Family,
Pat has a very special place in my heart. I was very fortunate to be able to work with her for many years at Rockford Clinic. She believed in me and promoted me to the best job I have ever had. She was instrumental in changing my life for the better. Pat was a joy to work with each and every day. Her laugh and smile was contagious. I will never forget her kindness and compassion for life. May all your wonderful memories give you some peace at this difficult time. I am sorry for your loss.

Don and Family, Pat was truly THE Best of the Best! I worked many years with Pat at Rockford Clinic. She was wonderful in the medical office as an R.N. and Patient Staff Director, but even more so in all the fun times we shared out of the office. Her love for you Don and your children was evident in every conversation. Pat lived Her Life brimming with Love, Laughter, and Life! May every future day be filled with her Loving Spirit for You and the Life she shared with all to whom she came to know. I will miss her terribly~ Hugs, Susan McCarren Chapin
