Bob was the President of Coldwell Banker Kansas City when I started there in 1986. He was an honorable man and kept his word to his employees. I appreciated working for him. I remember a beautiful 70 degree day in February that he let us all go home at noon so we could enjoy the weather and he could go play tennis. My condolences to his family.

The games were always more interesting with Bob there to lend a players view to the outcome. The gang at Gainey is really going to miss his presence. Maybe with Bob's help this just might be the year. God bless to his family and our prayers go out to all of them
