May Nate rest in his deserved peace. A kind man who fought long and hard to continue his life on Earth with us and will now look down upon us from Heaven to comfort and protect his beloved. I am honored to have known him!

There's no words to describe how special Nater was to us. It is so hard being so far away and not having the time that we would like to have had with him but the time that we had gave us lots of special memories to keep in our hearts for always. We will miss hearing "Aloha cousin" whenever we call and our trips to Arizona will never be the same. We love Nate so very much and it's hard to let go but we know he's in a better place and he is no longer suffering. We will miss him but he will always be with us in heart. :(

Uncle Nate was always fun to be around and created such a welcoming environment anytime he was around. People truly enjoyed his presence and I only remember happy times being with him. His positive outlook will be missed, and that is how I'll remember him. I pray for Aunt Tammy and know he'll be watching over her.

Tammy, TJ, Kenny and James my heart goes out to all of you. Nate was such a "special" person and loved very dearly by everyone who knew him. There is a special place in my heart for him. He was a wonderful brother-in-law (I couldn't have asked for any better). He was truly a friend as well as great listener. His humor, laughter and smile were his trademarks. From the first time I met him, I knew I was going to like him. I've been told by friends that Nate was a man very much like my father. I adore and love my father very much. I am glad that others saw the similarity between them. I will miss Nate, but I know he will always be with us, with all of us. Memories will keep us close to him, always........Anna Neiswanger

Tammy and Family-
Nate was one of the most care and respectfull people I have ever known. He had a great spirit and I was blessed to have had the chance to share a part of my journey with him. I pray that as time passes the lost of Nate will be less painful and you find comfort in the fact that he made a difference in this world and we were able to be a part of that. To Aunt Tammy, Family and Friends of my Uncle Nate... The memories I have of Uncle Nater are fond and so fresh as if my time spent with him and the relationship I had were just here yesterday. Unfortunately... Yesterday is all we have now of my Uncle Nate. However, Yesterday is something of an inspiration that I have been Blessed with from such an AMAZING Man. I will hold and harness in my heart forever the Love, Kindness, Compassion, Patience, and Caring Qualities that came so naturally from my Uncle Nate. Just being around him would inspire me to be like him... A Mentor... Someone to look up to (even though he wasn't very tall)but a GIANT of a human being that GOD has Blessed us all with. You will always be in my heart, my thoughts, and in my prayers Uncle Nate. I will miss you until it is my turn to come and visit you on a more permanent basis. My Inspiration... My Hero... My Uncle Nate...

Tam...our favorite Cousin...we would have loved to be there with you but Susan had a very bad cold and thought she shouldn't fly or spread it around. You know how we felt about Nate and the super times we had here in Ohio with you two. Actually the best times we ever had. We will pray for your adjustment, I know it will be rough.

To my very dear friend Tammy, TJ, Kenny, James and all of the wonderful friends and family that constantly surrounded Nate:

I know that I don't have to tell you all about what a truly inspirational and remarkable person that Nate was. You all are aware of this and that is why he had such a wonderful circle of support. He fought his battle with cancer so valiantly and quietly and I know he did it all so that he could share more time with all of you here. Although he did have to ultimately leave us, there is no doubt that he has left behind quite a legacy that will live on forever. We will all continue our support of working with the American Cancer Society to eradicate this disease in our lifetime. Our Relay For Life team will continue to honor him year after year and keep up the fight-- battling with the same strength and determination that Nate did!

We were all so truly blessed to have had Nate in our lives and I thank you for sharing him with all of us..... I'm going to believe that Nate left us to deliver a load that was needed up North -- and God hired the most competent driver he could find!
