William Verhulst Obituary

Verhulst, William Albert
William Verhulst (Bill) 70 of Cave Creek Arizona passed away on May 30, 2013. He was born September 11, 1942 in Hackensack New Jersey. Bill was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He was a graduate of Arizona State University and was an accomplished country western drummer during his college days. He was a high school history teacher with the Paradise Valley Unified School District until retirement and he will be remembered by many of his students as their favorite. Bill enjoyed reading, camping, hiking and spending time with his family. Bill is survived by his wife Carol and loving dog Lucky, sons Daren (Mafe) and Devin (Amy), grandchildren Alexander, Marisa and Kinzley, sister Ellen (Bob) Eastty, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Desert Foothills Library. Arrangements entrusted to Phoenix Memorial Park & Mortuary.
