As a former co-worker I remember Mr. Tate from Bessie Owens, I remember the fun time we used to have with him, he would says something funny if you were sad. From him I learned to be a good supervisor you must be a also good friend and a good listener. Mr.Tate was a good principal to work under. So to the family I am sending my deepest sympathy to you and yourd on the lost of a good man.

I can't believe he's really gone. Jerry was supposed to live forever! I will miss him dearly and the frequent encouragement he provided both personally and professionally. Dottie, the girls are never far away. We love you both!
