Belen Carreon Anguiano January 30, 1938 - October 31, 2010 Visitation for Belen Carreon Anguiano will be held at Basham Funeral Care (3312 Niles Street) on Wednesday, November 3, 2010 from 5:00-9:00 p.m. with the Rosary recited at 7:00 p.m. Mass will be held at St. Joseph Catholic Church on Thursday, November 4, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. Belen was born January 30, 1938 in Santa Maria del Oro, Durango, Mexico and she passed away October 31, 2010 in Bakersfield, California. She is preceded in death by her husband, Pedro Villalobos; parents, Nieves and Juanita Carreon and three sisters. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Pedro and Irene Villalobos; son and daughter-in-law, Refugio and Louise Villalobos; daughter and son-in-law, Lidia and Jose Gama; daughter and son-in-law, Rosemary and Richard Murillo; daughter, Irene Carreon; daughter and son-in-law, Amelia and Patrick Lambert; daughter and son-in-law, Ema and Elizer Vasquez; 20 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; brother and sister-in-law, Anastacio and Sara Carreon; brother and sister-in-law, Luis Carlos and Maria Navarez; sister and brother-in-law, Eulalia and Samuel Ronquillo; constant companion, "Murphy" as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. After losing her battle against cancer, she left to be with our Lord, with her children by her side. She loved sewing, especially making blankets for her grandchildren and she had the most love for her ever-blooming garden. The family would like to extend a very special thanks to all her Doctors and Nurses at Bakersfield Memorial Hospital, especially the personal touches from the CNA that never forgot to bring her a cup of coffee every night. i's been 2 weeks since you left us to be with our Lord and I miss every day, but i know you are in a better place, looking over your kids,and i know that you are with us when i can feel the breez and smell the roses i know you are with us. Our Faith and prayers and of course your Memories will make us stronger persons and will make thru ....love you alway MAMITA...P.S. you are not gone you just got ahead of us...tell Dad we love him and the rest of our love one's that you are conversing with peace
