I want to first thank everyone for your kind words and your love. Jonette is the love of my life and always will be. I miss her every minute of the day. Although Jonette was battling this horrible decesae (Ataxia)I would always encourage her that we would battle it together. Now I know it was easy for me to say, but I wasn't walking in her shoes. I always told Jonette I needed her as much as she needed me, and that couldn't be more true. It's hurts my heart that she was in so much pain. I felt helpless at times and I know I shouldn't say this but I wish it was me dealing w/ this decease because I know she would have been there for me. I love you Jonette and that will NEVER change. Thank you all for your love and support!!!

I remember Jonette when we were kids at Eissler.. She was smart, funny and so cute with such a great personality. Even way back then she always had such a style about her. With her beautiful hair cut like Toni Tennilles she looked like she was ready for the stage. Jonette was someone you would never forget.

Jon Jon, my dear lil cousin. You touched so many peoples lifes: your bright beautiful smile, your awesome laughter, and I could go on and on. YOU are one of the very few people who stuck with me through the good and the bad. I miss you so much already. I am so blessed to have had you as my lil cousin. I had the pleasure of meeting Jonette only once while at my clinic. She was one of the most inspirational and pleasant patients I have ever seen in my medical practice. I tried to instill hope for the future during my sole visit with her. We laughed and cried together. Just that one clinic visit made an impression upon me. I extend my sincerest condolences to Jeff and the rest of Ms. Adams' family. She was a really great woman.

Jonette, my dear sweet little trickster friend. There are so many stories I could share. I won't be at your service for painfully obvious reasons but I have great comfort in knowing that you and Jon are either arguing about politics or planning a trick and it will be ok with you. I talk to you everyday. We had so much fun together over the years. My favorite is when you made your "stop it" spray with a travel mister of Evian that you kept in your purse so you could spray people that were bugging you! You made one for me too and its still in my keepsake box. And when you and I tried to motivate eachother to exercise after work but we just walked to the Tower got a beer and walked back to our apartments in the same building three nights a week! And when you used soy chorizo instead of regular to trick a bunch of our friends at breakfast in Pacific Grove. You could hardly cook it because you were laughing so hard. I know you are free now and I will see you again someday. Jeff and Becky, my heart goes out to you both and your families. She will be missed by so many but has also given us so wonderful fun memories that we will never forget.

I was blessed to have Jonette as my friend - we had a lot in common so there was always plenty to talk about. I will miss her dearly but she will always be in my thoughts and in my heart.

Jonette did my hair (Fresno) for so many years until moving to Bakersfield and I thought of her often, actually every time I went in to have my hair done with my current hairdresser. I was so happy for her when she told me stories about Jeff and always stories about her nephew - loved him so much. I know she will be truly missed.
