I heard the name -- albeit almost certainly a different Kevin -- mentioned on the radio this morning, so I did a Google search. Sorry to read of his passing although it was 2+ years ago. My delayed sympathies to his brother Tim and other family (I'm glad that he kept this Book online long enough for me to sign it).
Kevin (with his long blond hair), Jim Curran, the 3 Stagmer brothers, I, & others used to play ball in the field across Old Frederick Road from my home when we were in junior high &/or senior high school.
Kevin was 2 or so years younger than I, it seems, so back then he was short even compared to me. But somehow (by jumping for the ball?) he chipped his tooth & put a tooth dent right in the middle of my plastic eyeglass frames when we collided trying to catch a softball during a game.
He was very nice about it, though. Indeed, he ALWAYS seemed like a nice guy. During this Memorial time of year, I will visit New Cathedral Cemetery in honor of my childhood friend.

Don't weep at my grave,
for I am not there,
I've a date with a
butterfly to dance in the air.
I'll be singing in the
sunshine, wild and free
playing tag with the wind
while I am waiting for thee.
I am so sorry to hear about Kevin's passing but relieved to know he is in a better place than we....

I went through Jr and Sr High School with Kevin. He lived down the street from me in Heritage. I remember him as being kind, sweet, and I loved his blond hair. I will pray for his family to get through this.
