Delphia Driggs (nee Hall) devoted father of B. Carson Driggs, Jr. and his wife Candi and Michael Jay Driggs; loving grandfather of James C., Rachel L., Margaret E. and Meredith J. Driggs; dear brother of Irma Hoyle; also survived by many dear relatives, friends and neighbors.
Friends may call at the family owned Ruck Towson Funeral Home 1050 York Rd (beltway exit 26) on Friday from 4-7 pm where a Funeral Service will be held on Saturday at 1:00 pm. Interment Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.

I was sorry to hear about the death of your husband, father, and grandfather. The times I was blessed to talk with him was a true joy.
He will now have peace and comfort with the Lord. My thoughts and prayers are with the entire family.
