I was deeply saddened to learn of Jay’s passing. He was a good man. Whenever, you saw him, he brought joy and laughter to your heart. It was an honor and privilege to work with someone, who was always dedicated to his work, but he knew that the really important thing in life was to appreciate the people that were in your life. Thank you, Jay, for your wit, your jokes and for just being such a good and caring person. You will be missed!

Our thoughts now turn to those
who once shared with us
the joys and burdens of life,
but who are no longer in our midst.

Our sorrow is to have lost them;
our privilege to have known them;
our responsibility to build on their achievements.

In loving tribute,
we dedicate ourselves to the task
which unites the generations,
working to create a better world.
