I worked for Bob many years ago at Semmes, Bowen & Semmes and always had a great fondness, respect and admiration for him. He was the man who taught me to love being a paralegal and I thought of him often. My deepest condolences for his family and close friends.

Cindy, I knew you and Bob from GA at Duke way back when. Bob was one of the first people I met, a fellow Baltimorean. I remember his passion for politics and love of a good debate. Very sad to read about his passing. My deepest sympathy to you and your boys.

Cindy, I offer my deepest condolences to you and to your boys. Bob was a long time mentor to me and had a profound influence on my career and many others in our industry. We have lost one of the giants in our business. I will always have nothing but fond memories of his wit, his candor, and his professionalism. God bless you and your family at this diffictult time. Rest in Peace Bob.

I was just with Bob in Orlando and he told me he was so touched when a request went out for the best attorney in Maryland and he received copies of numerous emails advising Bob Franklin was no doubt the best attorney in Maryland.
