Kaleigh, Josh and one great-grandson Greyson.
The family will receive friends at the family owned and operated MCCULLY-POLYNIAK FUNERAL HOME, P.A., 3204 Mountain Rd. (Pasadena), where services will begin on Sunday at 2 PM with further visitation until 4 PM and 6 to 8 PM. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in her memory to The ASPCA.
