Those we love don't go away, they walk beside us everyday. Unseen, unheard, but always near, so loved, so missed, so very dear. Keep faith in our God, and he shall pour his love and care on you and your family.

My deepest condolences to the family. No words can ever express the loss of a dear loved one. May the family find comfort and peace in all the loving memories you've shared together of your father and grandfather. Please find peace in knowing that God understands your grief and he cares for you. (1 Peer 5:6,7)

All the people of Ellicott City mourn Roland's loss! After the 1972 flood, Roland and Enalee created a foundation to help rebuild the town including the B&O Railroad station. The town was able to get back on its feet and thrive because of the efforts of the Bounds family. Even in death, Roland will make a difference as donations are directed another great Ellicott City cause.
Ellicott City would probably look very different if Roland Bound had not gotten involved. I sometimes think of the Christmas movie "It's a Wonderful Life" and think of the contribution one person, like Roland, can make. Thanks Roland, you made a huge difference.

I'm so sorry for your loss. In this very difficult time we can look to a wonderful hope of being reunited with our loved ones again in the bible at Jeremiah 5:28
