On June 10, 2016 Nelson A. Wright, DDS; beloved husband of 29 years to Janet Stiebel Wright; loving father of David N. Wright and his wife Sheila; step-father of David J. Stiebel and his wife Carol; cherished grandfather of Hannah and Sarah Stiebel. The family will receive friends in the Lemmon Funeral Home of Dulaney Valley, Inc., 10 W. Padonia Road (at York Road) Timonium, MD 21093 on Monday, 2-4 & 7-9pm. Funeral Services will be celebrated in the funeral home on Tuesday, June 14 at 11am. Interment Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens. Expressions of sympathy may be directed in Dr. Wright's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or visit www.stjude.org. A guest book is available at

Janet, sorry to hear about Nelson. "Doc", was such a great person. Always caring and compassionate to EVERYONE. You two were a great pair. I know the next couple days, weeks and months will be difficult but, always remember I am here if you need anything. I know our good Lord has a special place in Heaven for Doc.

It is so difficult to process the immense loss I feel in the death of my longtime dear friend, Nelson. We were went through four years of grad school together, binding more and more as the years went by. I was honored to be his best man in his first wedding, to Carole, and we never lost contact over the years ahead, each sharing a love of classical music. We had a few 'musicales' at my house, with Nelson playing violin and Barbara on piano.
Later in life he found great joy in marriage with Janet, who made a great difference in his life. She loved and cared for him as no other could do.
Nelson, my friend who I will always look forward to seeing down the path, God bless you and keep you. You mean a great deal to me,
