Alana's Obituaries

Alana C. Hein, 22 of Walnutport died Wednesday June 14, 2017 as a result of an automobile accident.  Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of Christine E. Hein of Walnutport and Michael G. Gossy of Kunkletown.   Alana was a 2013 graduate of Northern Lehigh HS.  She received her dental assistant certification from Lehigh Valley School of Dental Assisting, and was currently working for Rodney Dobrowolski, DMD of Whitehall.  Alana was also working as a part-time server at the Paddock in Allentown.Survivors : Mother and her companion Pete Wayda.  Father, Fiance; Nicholas Hoffer of Slatington.  Brother; Mason Gossy.  Sisters; Aundrea Bare both of Walnutport.  Maternal Grandmother; Elaine Kirchner and companion Rick Smith.  Uncle; Mel Hein and wife Marsha.  Cousins; Samantha, Cody, Corey, Shane, and Zach Hein.  Other Aunts/Uncles & cousins.Services:  Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.  Arrangements are being handled by Harding Funeral Home, Slatington.Contributions: In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the funeral home to help defray expenses.
