Cleveland Dortch

Cleveland L. Dortch was born June 20, 1938. His Journey on this earth was completed on Saturday, February 10, 2018. He was the son of the late Cleveland and Cora B. Dortch. Preceded him in death: His precious Sapphire, Anndoria Pettway Dortch. He was a native of Campbell, AL and a resident of Prichard, Alabama. At an early age, he confessed Jesus Christ as his personal savior and joined the Tallahatta C.M.E. Methodist Church of Campbell, Alabama. He leaves to cherish his memories: LaBarron (Loistine) Belford; Maurice (Lisa) Belford; Tangelier (LaDon) Wallace; Annie Ludgood Jimmerson; Arlene Porcher; Doris (Eddie) Brown; Glen Pettway; James Pettway; brother, Freddie White; sisters, Boyte (Alvin) Presnell, Arletha Patrick. Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 17, 2018 from 9 a.m. until the 11 a.m. funeral hour at Friendship Primitive Baptist Church; 819 Saint Stephens Rd. Prichard, AL. Rev. Robert Emanuel Pastor and Officiating Minister. Interment will follow in the Gethsemane Cemetery, Eight Mile, AL. Arrangements are entrusted to the careful direction of Reese Funeral Home.
