It has been 7 years since you passed and not a day goes by that I think about you. You are so missed by your family, you passed away so young, you had such a beautiful life yet to live. But knowing that you are fine within the loving arms of our dear precious father. Love you always. Aunt Bobbi. ❤☺

To My Son Joaquin

The emptiness is too vast to measure the depth of my heartache
Too deep to find comfort for my soul
Too dark without you; I can't accept that you have gone
Too painful that my spirit has died with you

You left me but I wasn't ready to let you part
I know that you are now safer in God's loving arms and heart
This is where all the good souls land
Even despite your struggles in life
You were a steadfast loving son and man

I love you more than life itself and I know you loved me too.
I will miss all your check-in calls. You worried more about me worrying about you
Now, I'll wait and wait but the phone won't sound
Heaven has no phones around.

I love you beyond love
My tears will nourish and strengthen our bond
Let them make you realize how much I love you
I will cry for you till it's my time to go
And until we unite again as Mother and Son together.
My life is now changed forever. . . without you.

I love you so much,
Mommy

To my big brother Joaquin, We had some great moments together.I will never forget midnight on your 39th birthday.I forced you to stay up so we could take a birthday shot together.Just the two of us just sat and chatted. You told me no one ever did that for you and said you really appreciated it.I then proceeded to make you a homemade birthday card on a napkin and it said "Happy birthday brother, you are not alone." That was one of the best moments between us. You where so easy to talk too and ofcourse our conversations seemed to always go back to food. But its what brought us together. Every meal I cook and every drink I have, I will share with you....always. And if you ever need a babywipe I got it! Love you always brother. Little sister Cristina

To my Aunt Chris(Tia), Uncle Joaquin(Tio), cousins - Esperanza, Mateo, Christina, your sorrows are with me, I wish I could be there to comfort you all. I am going to miss Joaquin a whole heap bunch, him and I had some great childhood time, from making fun of Mateo and Miguel, watching Esperanza, almost get electrified and her reaction as she runs into the house, our time of playing around the bookstore behind the house you all lived in at Woodlynne as I stay stuck on the top rough calling his name, or the time we broke the roof at orange house, or when he wanted to a stunt man and brake his arm. But my favorites were the fourth of July the whole Woodlynne community would shut down, we would decorate our big wheels, then bikes for the fourth and our time working at Tio's shop. My family and I are praying for you all. You can call me anytime, (253)592-2906 I am going to miss you Joaquinsito

It's hard to find the right words. When I think of you I remember the laughs we had out back of my dads house when you were fixing my car. When you would not take a dime from me because you said that family takes care of each other. As I sit here writing this my eyes fill with tears, but know that I love you and will always miss you. Jock, what can I say about you that everyone doesn't already know. Words like, brother, confidant, friend easily describe who and what you meant to sooo many of us. Your smile was comforting, your laugh contagious and your heart was boundless. On this day we didnt lose a brother/friend but; instead heaven acquired another angel/guardian. Are hearts will ache, we will cry but we will take solace in knowing that our lord has called you home and has a greater purpose. I will not say goodbye but instead; until we meet again.
