What a great lady!!
She will be missed!

I met Sallie during my OR clinical rotation at CMC in 1999. I remember being so nervous as a first year and her saying “you gotta fake it to you make it! Don’t let these doctors scare you”. She was one of the few techs that the surgeons respected and could say whatever was on her mind to them. I love that about her. She just didn’t take any mess from anyone.
