Time passes and John and myself are the surviving cousins. My very best to the Christian Family.

Dear Christian Family, My parents enjoyed many years of great friendship and fellowship with Your Mother and Father for a number of years on the golf course and having fun betting on the Michigan and Notre Dame Football games. My Mother, Betty Behnke would love to share the times that Bob would sneak over and put a Michigan Flag on their Notre Dame flag pole the night before a ND and Michigan game. Your family made the good times for my Mother and Father very enjoyable. My Father sends his heartfelt sympathies. I know that Betty was greeted as she entered the heavenly gates by the Saints and Bob standing at their side. Bob and Betty will now prepare the arrival of Bev with the Saints above for her new life in Heaven. Thanks for working so hard at creating jobs in our Battle Creek community. The Behnke family wishes the best to Bev Christian as she prepares for her new life in Heaven with Bob.

To the family of Bev Christian,
We are so sorry to hear of Bev's death. She was a good friend for a long time. We did many things together over the years, including renting the basement apt. on the 12th tee at R.C.C. for a couple of summers. You have our condolences, but we have our memories.

Dear Christian family, My deepest sympathy in the loss of your mother and grandmother. I attended the wedding of your mother and father. If I remember correctly, that was nearly the same time Princess Elizabeth was married. We are down to three cousins in the family, Bev's brother John, Inez Gillen of Lubbock, Tx and I am from Lincoln, Nebraska. I am sorry I cannot be with you at the services.
