I have know Frank for some time when working with him at the Federal Center and he was one of the few people to trained me when I was an intern and from time to time I would run into him and he would ask how is Billy doing, Frank was only one of a few people who could call me Billy and get away with it, I will miss him and I know that he is in a better place, my thoughts and prayers go out with the Family
