Dear Brenda,
Please accept our deepest condolences from me, Keizo, Shannon, and Chelsea. Although you spoke about him often over the years, I had no idea, until I read his obituary, that he lived such an adventurous and full life! Unlike many of us stuck at our desks year in, year out, your dad got to see so many places and do so many things. Each time we got together you had a new thing to share about him, and it always struck me how much he loved you all, and how far he would go to ensure your happiness. You were lucky to have such a father. Our thoughts are with you and your family—let us know if there’s anything we can do.
Love, Ellen

I never knew your dad, but jus hearing you talk about him and now reading his obit, I realize what a wonderful man he was and how deeply he will be missed. He had to be something special to have helped create a wonderful daughter like you.

Brenda, your love for your Dad and the love of all your family spoke loud and clear to your friends at Fran's Art Workshop. This love indicates to me that your Dad and your family were filled with love and knowing you, I know I'm not far from the truth. Without knowing "Jack" Smith, I mourn the loss of him. What fun he must have been. I bet the ladies at Friday night Bingo will miss him too!
