Virginia Ganson Obituary

Virginia L. (Ginny) Ganson Battle Creek Virginia L. (Ginny) Ganson, 80, died December 11, 2010. She was born September 23, 1930 to Clarence and Irene (Brown) Russell. She graduated from Lakeview High School in 1948. Virginia is survived by five children, 11 grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren. Her husband, David Ganson, preceded her in death. One brother, Denny Russell, also survives her. After her retirement in 1992 from Bill Knapp?s, she worked as a volunteer for her church and other Christian based organizations. A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held 12:00 p.m., Monday, January 3, 2011 at Calvary Baptist Church. Memorial contributions should be made to Gideon?s International in lieu of flowers. Arrangements were entrusted to the Farley-Estes & Dowdle Funeral Home. I THANK OUR JESUS FOR BRINGING GINNY INTO MY LIFE ('83 AT BILL KNAPPS) FOR SHE LED ME TO CHRIST...WE SHARED BIBLE STUDIES (WITH PAT MARTIN TOO); WE SHARED PRAYER REQUESTS (AS THE "3-MUSKETEER-PRAYER-WARRIORS")SEEING MANY MIRACLES; ANSWERED PRAYERS FOR OUR FAMILIES...THANKING JESUS!!!
