Billy Dan Driver

Billy Dan Driver, 70, of Groves, Texas, passed away on Saturday, July 23, 2011, at Magnolia Manor. Billy was born November 14, 1940, in Wortham, Texas, to William Henry Driver and Lottie Odell Zuber Driver. He has been a resident of Groves since 1963 and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Groves. He retired from Blaine's Barber Shop after 45 years of service. Survivors include his wife, Pat Driver of Groves; three sons, Terry Driver and wife, Theresa of Huffman, Tracy Driver of Houston, Clark Driver and wife, Laura of Quitman; two sisters, Shirley Beard and husband, Dwan of Clebuene, Betty Bosley and husband, Danny of Wortham; two brothers, Bobby Driver and wife, Kathy of Mineola, Jerry Driver and wife, Marcie of Waco; five grandchildren, Cole, Travis, Tyler, Maddie and Tessa Driver. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Tuesday, July 26, 2011, from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves. Graveside services will be at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, July 28, 2011, at Richland Cemetery in Richland, Texas, with Reverend Bobby Driver officiating.
