I worked with Dewey at Drago's. He always had a smile on his face, a laugh, a joke to tell, and never a bad word about anyone. He was always willing to help anyone at anytime. I will pray that God comfort his loved ones in their sorrow. He will be missed and remembered always.

So thankful I was able to reconnect with Joey as his long lost cousin before his passing. We tried to get "caught up" after so many years, but ran out of time. It brings me joy to know that we will meet again and will then have all the time we need!

My sincere condolences to Dewey's family. We were friends for the many years we worked together at the Beaumont Enterprise. Most people are not aware of how vital Dewey's work was in getting that newspaper produced each and every day. (We called him Dewey at work.) I knew that Dewey had enjoyed a good pipe and a good book. I often stopped by his office and have a smoke together. It is a fond memory of Dewey.

Sorry to read of Joey's passing. He and I were friends in elementary school. I crossed paths with him while working at the Beaumont Enterprise. A great guy who will be sorely missed.
