Gale Watson Obituary

Gale Watson, 62, began her eternal journey to be with her Heavenly Father on Friday, May 3, 2013 in Beaumont, TX at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was a native of Jesup, GA and a resident of Beaumont for over 30 years. She was a ward clerk at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital. Precious memories of Gale will be left to her devoted husband of 30 years, James Watson; son, Walter Nelson (Crystal); daughters, Melissa Thorton (Robert), Angela Wright Floyd (Jean) and Angel Nelson James (Henry); sisters, Winnie W. Young, Annie Rose Aikens (Donald), Annette Cummings (Walter), Margaret Carolyn Ross and Coreatha L. Spencer; 13 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren; many other loving family members and dear friends. Visitation will be on Friday, May 10, 2013, 12 noon until 5:00 p.m. at the funeral home. The Celebration of Life services will be on Saturday, May 11, 2013 at Compton Chapel COGIC (3005 Brenham St), gathering of family and friends at 9:00 a.m. followed by the funeral at 11:00 a.m. Gale will take her earthly rest on Monday, May 13, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the VA National Cemetery in Houston, TX under the professional care and direction of Comeaux Community Funeral Chapel.
