Jonathon Scroggins Obituary
Jonathon Carl Scroggins, born Dec. 23, 1995, in Centreville, Ill., died Saturday, March 28, 2015, at the Swann Special Care Center in Champaign, Ill., where he had been a resident for 16 years.
Jon is survived by his mother, Geneva Sims (Scroggins); stepfather, Perry Sims; siblings, Lissy Scroggins and Tony Robinson; grandfather, Dan Scroggins; step grandmother, Terri Scroggins; grandmother, Ruth Prescott (Scroggins, Urban); step-grandfather, Frank Urban; an uncle, Alan Scroggins II; great-aunt, Debbie (Prescott) Davis and great-uncle, Richard Davis.
Special thanks to the entire staff of the Swann Special Care Center for loving Jonathan as though he was family.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Jon's name to The Swann Special Care Center, 109 Kenwood Road, Champaign , Ill., 61821.
Funeral: A memorial will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, April 4, 2015, at the Sauget Village Hall, 2897 Falling Springs Rd., Sauget, Ill.
Deliveries of any kind should be made after noon on Saturday at the Sauget Village Hall.
