Kevin Kuoppala Obituary

Kevin Lee Kuoppala (age 52) entered into rest on April 15, 2011 in Bellingham, WA. Kevin was born on July 16, 1958 in Bellingham to Matthew and Donna Rae (Rawdon) Kuoppala. Kevin started commercial fishing with a long time friend, Kenny Cain on the "Gentle Ben" in 1979. Kevin's passion was for fishing, hunting, garage sales and auctions. He especially enjoyed spending time with his children, friends and family. Kevin is survived by his two daughters, Emily (Jamie) Elsbree, Jessica (Brian) Jager, and son Sully Kuoppala; brother, Mark (Sandy) Kuoppala; mother, Donna Rae; grandchildren, Joshua Elsbree and Elliot and Grace Jager. He is preceeded in death by his father Matthew. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, April 30, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at Jerns Funeral Chapel 800 E. Sunset Dr. in Bellingham.
