Krystyna Dylczyk Obituary

Krystyna Ewa Dylczyk went to heaven Monday, Feb 21st, 2011. Krystyna was born in Niegowa, Poland on Sept. 19, 1937. Krystyna loved to dance and won many awards dancing in the Czestachowa region. Krystyna was a member of the solidarity Union in Poland and supported her husband Ryszard in all his work in bringing solidarity to Czestochowa & Poland. She immigrated with her husband and family to the U.S. in 1983 settling in Bellingham, WA. Krystyna continued her joy for life and others in the U.S. Every guest in her home was fed and given tea. Her kind smile and gentle "Kohana" made everyone feel at home. Krystyna loved her children Urszula, Adam and Rafal; her six grandchildren Fredereco, Jessica, Sylvia, Brandon, Briana and Rikki and sponsor Sheila. Krystyna loved Marine Park and feeding wild birds. People were drawn to her warmth and compassion. Her loving concern for others was a source of strength and comfort to the lives she touched, Krystyna is deeply missed. A vigil service will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church Tuesday March 1st at 7 p.m. and a mass Wednesday March 2 at 12noon. Reception to follow at Church Hall. In lieu of flowers please make donations in Krystyna's name to Sacred Heart for renovations of the Mary Chapel.
