As neighbors we will always remember the friendly wave he always gave us as he drove by our house. It was nice to see that he was willing to give his remains to the Reseach Memorial. We pray that this will help other lives in some ways. Our sincere love and prayers to the Family. With appreciation for a good fellow who brought a deep sense of peace and helped bring a true sense of unity. I remember that often times when there was a sense of disagreement in the wind that Russ helped us to remember that first and foremost we were on in this together. Thanks Russ.....of course you will be missed.

I am so sorry for your loss... If I remember correctly I think Russ worked and GP with my brother Jerry.. in the olden days .. way back in the 60's if I was in Bellingham ..ya could just park ... walk in and visit.. I did that on occasion and remember those days fondly always bring a smile to my face.. lots of those names gone now..... you will be in my thoughts and prayers.. Judy
