As neighbors we will always remember the friendly wave he always gave us as he drove by our house. With appreciation for a good fellow who brought a deep sense of peace and helped bring a true sense of unity. I remember that often times when there was a sense of disagreement in the wind that Russ helped us to remember that first and foremost we were on in this together.
