I came to know Anne at UUS:E where I quickly grew to admire and love her. She made beautiful pottery, she created beautiful homes, especially the one in Amston, she gave a good life to many, many dogs and cats, she shared her knowledge and ability in ceramics--patiently teaching and encouraging me and others as we made things for the UUS:E crafts fair. She was a priceless member of UUS:E in the many, many ways she contributed to the congregation. I always enjoyed coming to her home and being with her. I have missed her very much since she moved to Lenox, and always will. My sympathy to all of you for your loss.
P. S. I am very sorry that I cannot be at her memorial service, I will still be way Downeast in Maine.
