Paul was one of the nicest record promoters I met while I was at WHDH. I was secretary to Ken Wilson, the music coordinator for the station, and met with Paul many times. I saw him about ten years ago at a 4th of July party in Weymouth and found out about the Media Gang, to which I belong, due to his informatiion. My sympathy goes out to his family on this sorrowful occasion. May he rest in peace. Brenda (Lake) Egan, Plymouth, MA

A name from the past...and, a great name for sure. Paul was one of the most likeable guys I new back in the Top forty days of WCOP...He would regularly visit me..often while I was on the air, to tell me about his latest "Bound to be number one in the charts," record releases.. And he was very often right.. He had amazing stories of his escape from the Coconut Grove fire of so many years ago. He was one of the guys who made our radio industry the fun that it was back then. I'm glad I had the good fortune to have met Paul..He will be missed by many. Tom Evans

I knew Paul Maged very well through WORL where I worked back in the hay-day.and he was a record distributor....but even more than that ,Richard, your mother Charlotte and her sister Peggy were very close and beloved friends of mine. I'm so sorry about Paul's passing...he was very admired and respected in the music and radio industry. ...Polly Haddad Glasser, Burlington, Mass...
