The memories of Bill Holbrow Jr as a loving husband, father and friend to many will never be forgotten. I feel so grateful to have known him and his lovely family.

My memory of Bill, Jr. was as a loving father to Willmore F. Holbrow, III with whom I had the pleasure of working with for 17 years. Bill, Jr was one of the nicest people I have met without exaggeration. His genuineness as lovely human being and loving father was without question. He and his wife Mary raised a lovely family and I know they miss him terribly. I consider myself fortunate to have known him and his family. Rest In Peace.

Two years ago, I only added my name to the guest book, as at the time I was caring for my dying wife. Let me add to that now. We attended Boston Latin and the Air Force Academy together. At Latin, I sat right behind him in homeroom (seated alphabetically, H-K) and we traveled together to the Academy on the same plane and arrived together. We were always matched together there as the two guys who talked funny. Our paths diverged afterwards, but when I saw him at reunions I recognized he same smile and easy demeanor I had known. Whenever I think of him, I smile myself. May he Rest In Peace.

We were roommates during our first summer at the academy. I think we weathered that storm with relative grace and humor. I was privileged to have that connection which has left lasting memories including of the JFK inaugural.
