DONALD ALBERTINE Obituary
Remembered Born July 23, 1930 passed away peacefully on April 28, 2017. Preceded in death by wife Alice Winifred Albertine (Harrison). Beloved father of Donald Albertine Jr. and his wife Carol of Arizona Sheryl McKay of Texas, Laura Albertine of Massachusetts, Donna Japp and her husband Robert of New York, Joan Busa and her husband Barry of Arizona. Donald was a loving grandfather to twelve grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Don grew up in Lexington Massachusetts and was active in the Lexington Minutemen and the Colonial Craftsmen. Don was also a past District Deputy Grand Master of Simon W. Robinson Masonic lodge in Lexington Massachusetts and a past Master of the Royal Arch Masonic lodge in Solon Maine, a member of the Keystone Chapter. No. 78 of Eastern Star in Solon Maine, an Aleppo Shriner, member of the Anson Grange No. 88, the Embden Travelers snowmobile club and a proud member of the Pipefitters Local Union 537 for 65 years. Don enjoyed oil painting, fishing and gardening. The family expresses gratitude to caregivers Bonnie and Sharon and a special thank you to the staff at Vestal Park Rehabilitation Nursing Center in Vestal, New York. A memorial service for Don will be held in July 2017. Donations can be made to the Embden Travelers snowmobile club or the charity of your choice. Arrangements made by Aegis Cremation & Funeral Services, 196 Clinton St. Binghamton, New York.

Albertine Family,
I am so sorry for your loss. Your house was my second home all the way up until high school. Your whole family was always nice to me and my family.
I am still mourning the loss of my father who died a year ago. It takes a very long time to mourn the loss of a parent.
I hope you comfort each other through this time of loss.
