Mary L. McGuirk

McGUIRK, Mary L. 94, of North Andover died Sunday December 21, 2008 after a short illness. Born and educated in Lowell, MA., Mrs. McGuirk earned a Bachelors degree in education from The State Teachers College in Lowell in the class of 1936. Previous to living in North Andover, Mrs. McGuirk had resided in Andover, MA. for 46 years. She had attended St Augustine Church in Andover. Mrs. McGuirk leaves her son, Kevin McGuirk of Acton, daughter, Kathryn McGuirk of North Andover and grandson, Brian McGuirk and his wife, Jill of Abington, MA. Mrs. McGuirk was preceded in death by her husband, John F. McGuirk and daughter-in-law, Patricia McGuirk. Friends may call on Tuesday, December 30, 2008 from 10 to 11 am at The Charles Dewhirst Andover Funeral Home, 33 Pearson Street, ANDOVER. Funeral services will be at 11:00 am on Tuesday at the funeral Home. Burial will be in Spring Grove Cemetery, Andover.
