Catherine Kenney Obituary

KENNEY, Catherine V. Age 81, formerly of Malden, died Tuesday, June 16, 2009. Daughter of the late John J. and Mary (Shalley) Kenney. Sister of John Kenney and his wife Elizabeth of Medfield and the late Sr. Marie Assumpta Kenney, C.S.J. Aunt of Joan Sweeney of Hauppauge, NY, John G. Kenney of Princeton Junction, NJ, Elizabeth Wakely of Norfolk and Mary Monagle of Wellesley. Also survived by many loving grandnieces and grandnephews. Prior to retirement, she was an administrative secretary for EPA and formerly worked as specialist in Annuities Division at Hancock Insurance Co. Active Alumnus of Girls Catholic H.S. in Malden. Parishioner of Immaculate Conception Church in Malden and participant in their CCD program. Funeral Mass Saturday June 20, 2009 at 10 AM in Holy Spirit Chapel, Bethany Health Care Center, 97 Bethany Rd, Framingham. Burial in Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden. Time of visitation will be prior to the Mass on Saturday from 9 AM to 9:45 AM. Arrangements by Norton Funeral Home www.nortonfuneralhome.com FRAMINGHAM. I worked with Catherine at the EPA for over 10 years. I loved her, she was a great person! I learned so much from her over the years! RIP Catherine!!
