Vachon of Medfield, Patrick J. Jr. and his wife Amy S. O'Toole of Millis, and Robert M. and his wife Nadia C. O'Toole of Newton. Devoted sister of Marie L. Butera of Newton, Sally A. Lucente of Brighton, and the late Santo A. Butera. Dearest sister-in-law of Mary L. Butera of Newton and the late brother-in-law Guarino Lucente. Cherished grandmother of Joseph P., Michael A., and Cecilia G. Vachon, Casey R., Taylor E., Sydney N., Matthew P., and Christopher J. O'Toole. Godmother of Richard Lucente. Survived by loving nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends. Funeral from the Eaton & MacKay Funeral Home, 465 Centre St., NEWTON CORNER on Friday, June 19, at 9 A.M. Followed by a Funeral Mass in Mary Immaculate of Lourdes Church, 270 Elliot St., Newton Upper Falls, at 10:30 A.M. Relatives & friends are kindly invited.
