Mary and family,
I was away at the time of this notice. Please accept my sincere sympathy.
Your dad was a real hero to appraisers and others in the real estate field.

It was a privilege to know Charles
Akerson. I enjoyed spending time with
him during my visits to Westport with
Carol. He enjoyed playing his guitar
while we sang old songs. I also enjoyed
the heated discussions about politics
and current events during dinner, and
the after dinner drinks by the fire.
Charles and Jean always made me feel
welcome and I really felt like part of
the family. I consider my visits at
Westport some of the best times of my
life. I miss spending time with all of
you. I am thinking of you in your loss.
