Charles Hunt Obituary

HUNT, Charles "Chick" 67, of Lakeland, FL, died Friday, May 8, 2009, of complications from leukemia. He was born January 13, 1942 in Medford, Massachusetts. He was a Prepress Computing Design Engineer. He came here from Hampstead, New Hampshire six months ago. He was a member of the Super Sport Roadster Club, Amateur Radio Operator, Volunteer Examiner with the Amateur Radio Relay League, and held a Brown Belt in Karate. He was preceded in death by his brother, John Hunt. He is survived by his wife, Janice Lee Hunt, of Lakeland, FL; son, Devon Hunt, of Lakeland, FL; daughter, Melissa Hunt, of Durham, NH; daughter, Lori Frye, of Palm Bay, FL; granddaughter, Kendall Lee Rose Leighton, of Durham, NH; brother, Paul Hunt, of Malden, MA; sister, Sheila Morris, of Revere, MA. Visiting hours will be held in the Beals-Geake-Magliozzi Funeral Home, 29 Governors Avenue, MEDFORD, Sunday, July 12, from 12:30 to 2:30 PM. His funeral service will be held Sunday, July 12, following the visitation, at 2:30 PM. Relatives and friends are most welcome to attend. Interment will be private. I am so sorry that I just found out that he passed, I worked with him back at optronics and also lived in Hampstead at the time.
