We knew Shirley and Ernie for many years.I had first gone to the Morrings in 1968 out of High School.I continued to go every year there after were we became friends of the Benards when they bought the Morrings. It was our "Summer home" and could not wait to get there the week after July 4th,,The house would always smell of fresh baked goods and could not waite to wake up and run down to have this tastful breakfast sitting on the front porch looking out over the Vineyard,"My God,the years of sitting there enjoying life with good people.I would sit late at night on the front porch in the dark thinking about so much that was happening in my life and the future ,it was the best therapy one could have.I still have the letter Shirley,Ernie sent us informing that the Morrings would be sold.It was very sad not being able to go back to our place of comfort but most of all not being able to see our friends,Shirley and Ernie Benard..Thanks you so very much.
