You know how much we loved Joe! I do know that he is on the 1st hole at the best golf course ever, playing at a scratch, and afterwards, he is going to a really good poker game with old friends!

He was the best, and we all benefitied by being around him.

I've never known another soul like Uncle Joe. Vibrant, happy and full of life! There are many things I will remember and treasure about Uncle Joe. His smile always lit up any room he was in. I'll always cherish the times that just he and I shared with Grammy in her final days. I'll also think of him whenever gifts are being opened...remembering his, Ooh's and Ahh's will always bring a smile. Sending love.

Sandi, Lauren and Jay,

I can't even begin to express how deeply saddened I am. Although I have only know your family for the last 15 years or so I always felt like you and Joe treated me like I was family, and with that his passing has hit me as though my own father had passed away. I will always remember Joey V with a special place in my heart.

Sandi and family,
I'm so sorry to hear of Joe's passing. I will always remember the times he and my dad would argue about sports and politics. I have fond memories of cookouts at your house when I was a kid and swimming in your pool. The years have passed by so quickly but you will always have your precious memories. My prayers are with you all.

I fell in love with Joe during the 1975 playoff series between the Red Sox and the Oakland Athletics. As a ten year old I was privledged to be invited to the bottom level of his split level ranch on Clarkson Drive and predicted the home run of Reggie Jackson(A FOE). Luckily for me the Red Sox went on to win the series and I was thought of as a sage instead of a jinx!! I was welcomed into his domain and in subsequent years I became a babysitter and caddy. I spent many years living large at Walpole C.C. because I knew Joey V. I am surprised that I have not spent more time with him in my adult life because we have so much in common, but he has and does shape my life and will look forward to seeing him at my poker table in the sky.

With Love,

Jeffrey Crisileo

From the time I met "Joey V" when Lauren and I were in college, I was struck by that mischievous, child-like twinkle in his eye and that easy smile. I believe it was his love of life shining through from inside out. He was a very special man. My love to everyone at this time.
