Can it really be 16 years! My beautiful brother Bob is never forgotten his legacy lives in each one of us who knew him and loved him when this message came up on my phone a few minutes ago. I was just stunned. We each have a special memory of brother Bob and I am so grateful for this reminder. To all of his beautiful children and grandchildren I send my prayers and blessings, aunt Mary.

How blessed am I to have had Bob as my oldest brother. He offered me hope and guidance when I was in my teens and introduced me to the Cursillo movement. He was a tower of strength when we lost our brother Charlie and our dad. Each one who had the pleasure of knowing Bob will retell stories of him with laughter, sweetness and sorrow.
Bob is free. He sits with his Lord- free to laugh, dance and sing. The denizens of heaven have gained a sweet companion! I can only imagine the shouts of welcome when he crossed over the threshold !I believe he will always be just a breath away. Bless all those whose hearts are in pain and know that you are not alone.Love Mary

No words of mine can mean much now. Your loss is far too great and much too close. But in behalf of our Dominican Community here at PC I want to make known to you Barbara, and to all in the family, our deepest sympathy.
At a time such as this nothing anyone says makes much sense, Perhaps better than most, I know that. But it is my hope that the words of a gifted Trappist monk might help. Thomas Merton wrote of death: "It's where the hills end...and the stars begin." Robert's "hills" are over now. It's his time to be with the "stars" and their Maker. May the deep, inner, peace that thought can bring be with each of you, especially now, and may Mary, the temple in whom God's Son became a priest, keep you all in her care. With His Love and all mine,
For the Alumni/ae of PC
