Dear Mary & Family ~Joan & I are deeply sorry for your loss.
Ralph was a good friend ~ About 1956-I took over his duty’s as the Motor Cycle officer when he went back to regular patrol. A few months later he asked me to keep a watch on Kris, as he had decorated her bicycle & she was going to ride it in the Memorial Day Parade. I am sure she remembers that all went well that day.
Ralph was a fine Co worker on the Police Department~ & during our contacts while we were in State Service.
I salute Ralph as a member of our Greatest Generation~ they are Americas HEROS
Because of them our. Lives are Free,
Because of them, our Nation Lives,
Because of them, the world is blessed
