McCOMISKEY, Joseph "Joe" A. 81, of Punta Gorda, Florida, formerly of Lawrence, MA, passed away Thursday, May 31st, 2012 at Fawcett Memorial Hospital in Port Charlotte, Florida. He worked for the Boston Globe as a Stereotyper for over 20 years. He is survived by his wife, Justine M. (Devlin); daughter Joan E. (Husband Tim) Flynn of Punta Gorda; son Joseph A. (Wife Karen) McComiskey of Campton, MA; seven grandchildren and several great grandchildren; a sister, Claire Belisle of NH, four nieces and two nephews. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to call on Wednesday, June 6th, 2012, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 at the John Breen Memorial Funeral Home, Inc., 35 Merrimack Street, NORTH ANDOVER, MA. His funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday, June 7th, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. in Saint Michaels Church in North Andover, MA. Burial will follow in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery in Lawrence, MA.
