Rose-Ann and Jimmy,
My condolences on your dad's passing, I think of him often and unfortunately being on the West Coast, I had not seen him for a few years. The last time I saw him was over Christmas a few years back and we enjoyed some holiday cheer and some laughs. Hope you are both well.

I grew up in Corcoran Park, near Leo, but really got to know him better at the Americal Division Veterans Association reunions. A gentleman, and a good friend of my dad, a fellow Americal Division vet. I was just thinking about him last week! God bless and keep you, Leo, a good man. Jerry (Jay) Martel, Jr. [email protected]

Deepest sympathy to the family. May your faith in the Lord give you strength. Leo will be remembered as a gentleman who always reached out to say hello and know your name. will miss seeing him sitting on his lawn chair in front of Guidos with a smile and a wave, or a chat in the star market. He was a grand and well known figure in the neighborhood, very proud of how young he aged. Well done good and faithful servant.

Well, you did it Uncle Leo. You made it to 100 and just beyond. You were always proud of your longevity and until late good health. Rest in peace with Auntie Anna. God bless.
