SCHENA, James A. Of Medford, May 2. Beloved husband of the late Margaret (D'Angelo). Beloved long-time companion of Norma Monaco. Devoted father of James Schena, Jr. and his wife Linda of Medford, Robert Schena and his wife Christine of North Reading and the late Rose Schena. Loving grandfather of Jessica Bellino of Medford, Christian Schena of Methuen, and Rene Ward of Reading. Also lovingly survived by eight great-grandchildren. Dear brother of Anthony Schena of Melrose, Mary Nichols of Ipswich, Ann DeAngelis of Amherst and the late Josephine Gallo. Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD, Monday, May 7, at 8 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Clement Church, 71 Warner Street, Medford, at 9 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Sunday 4 - 8. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford. Thank you for great memories Jimmy. You taught us how to take care of one another and how important family is. You taught me how to be a man, and respect the ones who came before me. Hunting and fishing trips will never be the same without you. But we will always have great stories to tell. My family and I thank you for that.
