Bundy, Frederick M., Jr. "Mac"
Of Manchester by the Sea, passed away on September 13, 2013 from complications of congestive heart failure. He was predeceased by his wife, Doris Deming Bundy, to whom he was married for over 50 years. The eldest son of the late Frederick M. Bundy and Anita Hollister Bundy, he grew up in Boston on Beacon Hill and at Fiddler's Green in Gloucester, MA. He graduated from St. Marks School, Yale University and Harvard Business School. Mr. Bundy worked as a municipal bond underwriter for Advest in Boston for many years and was past president of the Municipal Bond Club of Boston. He was a former Mason and an avid ACBL bridge player. In his younger days he played tennis and paddle tennis at the Essex County Club. A longtime resident of Manchester by the Sea, he is survived by his sister, Patty Wray, brother, David Bundy, his children; Barbara Black of Simi Valley, CA, Dorothy Dylag of Wrentham, MA, A. Holli Mira of Warren, RI and Jon Bundy of Londonderry, NH. Mac has 6 grandchildren and one great grandchild. Funeral services will be held at the Crowell Chapel at the Rosedale Cemetery, Manchester by the Sea, Saturday, September 28 at 11 a.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
