STEINBERG, Sherwin Of Rotonda West, FL, passed away on Tuesday afternoon at Englewood Community Hospital in Englewood, FL. Sherwin was born in Haverhill, MA, where he grew up and afterwards he resided in Rockland County, NY, for 37 years before moving to Rotonda West, FL, 10 years ago. Sherwin was a self-employed food service consultant. Sherwin served in the U.S. Army as a Second Lieutenant and was a member of the American Legion. Sherwin is survived by his wife Dorothy Steinberg; his children, Vicki A. Gregg and her husband Albert of Haverstraw, NY, Michael G. Steinberg and his wife Meghan of Quincy, MA, and Andrew F. Steinberg and his wife Elizabeth of Parsippany, NJ; his three grandchildren, Irene and Matthew Gregg and Claudia Steinberg; his two sisters, Felicia Cohen of Rockville Centre, NY and Cheryl Steinberg and her husband Robert Rosenbaum of Acton, MA. Services will be 2 PM Friday, May 9, 2014 at the Sanctuary of Abraham & Sarah Mausoleum Chapel, 735 Forest Avenue, Paramus, NJ. Memorial donations in memory of Sherwin Steinberg may be made to the American Lung Association. Arrangements are by Louis Suburban Chapel, Fair Lawn, NJ.

I am so sorry to hear of Hank's passing. My father Robert Kaiser, introduced me to Hank to discuss one of his accounts, The Rye City School District. Hank eventually hired me to manage the program which I did for over 11 years. I was seeking him out for advice by way of the Rochelle Group web site, Hank was the consummate professional and a gentleman. I am sure he will be missed.

Hank will be missed by more than you know. We knew each other for other 20 years. We laughed alot through all my businesses but was a dear friend to me. He was there as a friend and this is hard to find. Forever in my heart and my prayers for you all.
